Overview
PawNest ("we") operates this online store. This policy explains what

What we collect
- Order & contact data — name, email, shipping address, order history,
processed through our store backend to fulfil your orders.
- Payment data — card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store
full card numbers; Stripe processes them as an independent controller.
- Email — order and (if you opt in) marketing emails are sent via Resend.
- Media — product images are served from Cloudflare R2.
- Cookies — strictly necessary cookies (including Stripe fraud-prevention
cookies) are always set. Analytics cookies are set only with your consent.
Analytics
When enabled, we use PostHog to understand store usage. Analytics runs only
after you accept analytics cookies in our consent banner. You can decline.
Your rights
Depending on your location (e.g. GDPR/EEA, UK, California/CCPA) you may request
access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, and object to

Data sharing & retention
We share data only with the processors above (Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare,
PostHog) to run the store. We retain order records as required for tax and
